For Class XIth & XIIth STUDENTS KVPY EXAM
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna, KVPY is a scholarship programme funded by the department of science and technology of the government of India which aims to incourage students to take up a research career in the area of basic science. It is administered by the Indian institute of science. The students who qualifies the KYPY exam are eligible for fellowship as well as admission into institutes like IISC and IISER, this exam have two stream SA for class 11th and SX for class 12th. This is a computer based online exam which makes entry to undergraduate science courses. The exam is of three Hours and is held once a year and regarded as one of the the prestigious examination for research. This exam is actually analyse the skills and depth of the student in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology (in SA exam) and physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology for SX exam.The result of KVPY is generally declared in the second week of December while the final results (Apptitute test + interview) are declared in the second week of march.
